Key Responsibilities

• Lead timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end close processes

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Produce, analyze, and distribute financial statements for leadership and board stakeholders

• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

• Assist in process improvement, documentation, and cross‑training to strengthen the finance function

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and enhance workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Full‑cycle accounting experience, including month‑end close, year‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment

• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
