Senior Accountant
Location: Tampa, FL — On-site
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000

Key Responsibilities
Lead timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end close processes
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Produce, analyze, and distribute financial statements for leadership and board stakeholders
Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Assist in process improvement, documentation, and cross‑training to strengthen the finance function
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and enhance workflow efficiency
Qualifications
Full‑cycle accounting experience, including month‑end close, year‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
