• Review and analyze business and financial information, including credit reports, bank agreements, and financial statements.
• Evaluate risk quality and ensure underwriting decisions align with internal guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents, brokers, and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse set of responsibilities with strong organization and follow‑through.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency partners.
• Make timely, informed underwriting decisions using sound judgment.
• Operate with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments.
• Utilize independent decision‑making to support business goals and profitable growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred fields of study:
  Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (surety, credit analysis, financial analysis, construction finance, underwriting, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned regional territory.
• Comfort working in a hybrid office environment.
