We are seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee financial operations, fund accounting, and team management within a property-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee accounting operations, including HOA/CDD fund accounting
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and burn rate analysis
- Develop and refine SOPs across purchasing, financial processes, and operational workflows
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Participate in and oversee internal and external audits
- Administer payroll and employee benefits programs
- Evaluate and implement new accounting systems and process improvements
- Review and negotiate contracts to ensure financial and legal alignment
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience leading and developing small to mid-sized teams
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
- Ability to operate independently and make sound financial decisions
