Inside the Role The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the Selec Truck Center by selling finance and insurance products to used truck customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the F&I Manager regularly monitors and reviews the Center's operational documents for accuracy and consistency.

- Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Work with sales personnel to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Coordinate payoffs on customer trades and verify correct title.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Familiarity with automotive or truck retail finance and insurance procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Professional demeanor and conduct.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
- An attached resume is required.
- An Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
