• Lead the tax practice and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the tax department, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality deliverables across a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary advisor for high‑value clients, delivering strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services tailored to each client’s unique goals.
• Review and sign off on complex tax returns, including partnerships (Form 1065), C‑corporations (1120), S‑corporations (1120S), and sole proprietor ships (Schedule
  
  C); ensure all work aligns with the latest tax code and regulatory changes.
• Leverage existing relationships and market insights to attract new clients, expand service offerings, and grow the firm’s revenue base.
• Identify and implement proactive tax strategies to help clients minimize risk, enhance profitability, and remain in compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff at all levels; develop talent and promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and client service.
• Work closely with audit, advisory, and operations leaders to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client value.
• Contribute to the overall direction of the firm by participating in strategic planning, partner meetings, and long‑term initiatives.
