Tax Analyst I Position

Monday‑Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

• Competent use of Microsoft software – specifically Excel
• Ability to research and collect data as instructed
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Maintain a high level of confidence while performing
• Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and multi‑task effectively
• Experience with E‑Automate a plus
• Prior sales and use tax experience a plus

• Assist Tax Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly data review and updates
• Analyze tax trends and changes to determine all data is compliant
• Internal audit of tax data within company database
• Identify variances and errors to be researched and resolved
• Perform research as needed to ensure data compliance
