Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term financial strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals
• Lead changes in the company business model and develop key financial metrics to benchmark performance
• Participate in Board level discussions on strategy
• Lead cross functional teams, especially operations
• Meticulous eye for financial details and accuracy to ensure compliance with GAAP
• Guardian of the company’s financial integrity with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders.

• CPA preferred but also MBA and/or legal combination a plus
• Experience with Treasury and capital allocation
• Tax knowledge, especially S corporation status
• Led high performing finance teams and worked closely with the CEO/Board
• Ability to lead cross functional teams, especially operations.
• AGI experience not critical – prefer real estate experience

• Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting and forecasting.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies as well as all aspects of insurance
• Experience managing cyber security threats

• Track record of success

• Experience with multi-generational family business
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence
