Job Opportunity: AR/Collections Specialist (1-Month Contract)

Tampa, FL (Onsite)
A leading construction firm in Tampa is seeking a sharp, motivated AR/Collections Specialist for a high-impact, one-month project. This is a critical role focused on keeping cash flow and project documentation moving during a busy season.
The Role- Collections & Lien Releases: Proactively following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring all lien waivers/releases are executed accurately to facilitate payment.
- Monthly Billing: Assisting with the generation and distribution of monthly project billings.
- Cash Receipts: Precise posting of daily payments and reconciliations.
- Immediate Availability:
Must be ready to start next week. - Construction Industry
Experience:
Prior experience with lien releases and construction‑specific billing is highly preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and experience with construction accounting software. - Schedule:
100% onsite in Tampa, 5 days a week.
5 years of experience, Experienced level.
CompensationSalary: $27 - $30 per hour |

Work hours:
8 AM - 4 PM |
