Position:
Controller

Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 per year. This hybrid role is in the technology industry.

• Oversee all financial operations of the organization including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide strategic financial insights to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable financial regulations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and implement monthly reporting.
• Manage and oversee the company’s ERP system.
• Develop and maintain financial models using Excel to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and achieve company objectives.
• Lead and manage the company’s manufacturing accounting processes.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• A minimum of 10 years of technical accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Must have extensive experience with variance, financials, Excel modeling, ERP, ad hoc, forecasting, preparing financial reports, compliance, financial regulations, financial planning, GAAP, strategic finance.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of annual budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non‑financial audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
