• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• Extensive experience in real estate and/or land development

• Proven success as a CFO or senior financial executive.
• Expertise in tax strategy, compliance, and governance

• Exceptional executive communication and board presentation skills

• Ability to travel periodically and maintain operational visibility.
