Senior Financial Analyst - Accounting; Hybrid

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus & Benefits (401k with company match, paid holidays, PTO, and more!)

Experienced Senior Financial Analyst with strong corporate accounting skills needed for a large, publicly traded organization here in the Tampa region. The ideal candidate has a background in public accounting (CPA preferred) and enjoys combining financial reporting and analysis with strategic insights. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform income statement and balance sheet analytics to identify key business trends
• Review general ledger activity and support process improvements
• Work with internal teams to strengthen financial accuracy and reporting controls
• Assist with audit support and compliance initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or Master’s a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Excel skills
