Accounting Manager

We are seeking highly skilled Accounting Managers to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, experience in financial management, and a proven track record of leadership.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.

Oversee reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and support annual financial audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.

Provide guidance and support to staff on accounting principles, procedures, and software systems.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary updates.

Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Xero, or similar platforms.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
