Our client is seeking to fill an SBA / USDA Portfolio Manager / Credit Analyst role in the Tampa, FL market. The successful candidate willbe responsible for serving as the primary contact for our clients and the Bank through on-going servicing of SBA and USDA loans.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $90K, plus bonus and excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position.)

SBAUSDA Portfolio Manager / Credit Analyst responsibilities include :

• Managing of an assigned portfolio of SBA & USDA loan accounts.
• Servicing of loans including annual review of loans, extension of maturing loans, loan restructuring, collections, exception tracking, and quarterly problem asset reports on loans not transferred to a workout specialist.
• Maintaining strong relationships with our customers by providing them with excellent customer service.
• Managing overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk and is responsible for the profitable growth of the portfolio assigned.
• Developing and utilizing a broad group of business and commercial referral sources.
• Adhering to confidentiality policy, code of ethics and follow all policies and procedures relative to Consumer Compliance laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance preferred, and / or equivalent experience consisting of over four years of lending or sales experience.
• Knowledge of SBA & USDA loan structuring, underwriting, documentation, and credit.
• Good credit analysis and accounting skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships within the bank and capable of establishing professional expertise through integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
