• Be the Decision Maker:
  Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to approve or decline credit, managing a massive $75M portfolio.
• Innovate & Optimize:
  Lead Lean Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Help evolve internal business systems.
• Liaison & Influence:
  Act as the critical link between the company, legal counsel, and credit agencies.

  Navigate complexities of lien laws, bond applications, and litigation to protect company interests.

• Experience:
  
  2–3 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) credit experience.
• Analytical Edge:
  Passion for digging into financial statements to uncover the story behind the numbers.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong MS Office skills (Excel/Access) and experience with a major ERP system are strongly preferred.

• Timely and accurate processing and reporting of accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate and current records, files, statements, and notices for account integrity.
• Handle all audit confirmations and verifications, including internal, external, and customer-generated requests.
• Carry out credit investigations for the opening of new accounts and set up new accounts in the system.
• Conduct credit investigation and approval to ensure an acceptable risk range and collectible amounts within a reasonable time.
• Ensure timely collection of customer accounts and assign credit limits, updating account information as needed.
• Interface with sales and management regarding account status and related receivables.
• File pre-lien or bond applications to protect rights on secured accounts and analyze lien releases.

• 2–3 years of B2B credit experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SAP and Excel.
• Experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, and credit collections.
• High school education required.
