What You Will DoSupports all aspects of the enterprise‑wide risk management program. Responsibilities include primary maintenance and administration of the risk management information system, facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting, and monitoring formats on risk management issues, and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization. Also supports all aspects of corporate insurance programs, including compilation of underwriting information and coverage placement, claims administration, loss forecasting, and analysis to assist in loss reduction and cost of risk allocation.
Roles and Responsibilities- Develop an understanding of Coke Florida’s business, risk landscape, financials, processes and control environment.
- Provide support to the Enterprise Risk Management team and executive leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of the risk management information system to function as the primary resource for data capture, information retrieval, and system maintenance.
- Develop high‑impact presentations, documentation and reports for the Enterprise Risk Management team and leaders.
- Extensive support of Key Risk Metrics, data collection and analytics.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls to manage risk within Coke Florida’s risk appetite and tolerance.
- Identify improvements to systems, procedures and processes to minimize risks, improve efficiency, or generate cost savings.
- Participate in department initiatives to further advance the Enterprise Risk Management function.
- Perform special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or another relevant field.
- At least one year of experience in ERM, Audit, Technology, Information Security, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant internship.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to recognize, analyze and solve complex problems.
- Excellent working knowledge of common software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and advanced analytical proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to distill complex data, analysis, and conclusions into accurate, succinct, and relevant reports and summaries.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential or sensitive issues with the highest degree of professional responsibility.
- Inquisitive mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Desire to obtain professional certification, such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or similar.
- Technical and data management skills, including the ability to identify, obtain, format, model and analyze large, complex data sets.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
