We are hiring a Mortgage Loan Originator Recruiter to support strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding quality Mortgage Loan Originators who align with our standards.

This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding experienced Mortgage Loan Originators. You will work directly with leadership to support targeted market expansion and sustainable growth.

This is a performance-based recruiting role with compensation tied to funded production, not just signed agreements.

• Source and recruit experienced Mortgage Loan Originators through Linked In, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct structured screening calls focused on production history, licensing, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruiting pipelines and weekly reporting
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategy and market focus

• Experience recruiting in the mortgage industry or financial services
• Professional phone presence and strong communication skills
• Organized, consistent follow-up, and process-driven
• Understanding of mortgage production models preferred
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

• Commission paid on successful hires who fund loans
