Based out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You Will Do:Supports all aspects of the enterprise‑wide risk management program. Responsibilities include primary maintenance and administration of the risk management information system, facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting, and monitoring risk management formats, and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks. Also includes support of corporate insurance programs, underwriting information compilation, coverage placement, claims administration, loss forecasting, and analysis to assist in loss reduction and cost of risk allocation.
Roles and Responsibilities- Develop an understanding of Coke Florida’s business, risk landscape, financials, processes and control environment.
- Provide support to the Enterprise Risk Management team and executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary resource for data capture, retrieval, and system maintenance for the risk management information system.
- Create high‑impact presentations, documentation and reports for the team and leaders.
- Support key risk metrics, data collection and analytics.
- Evaluate control design and effectiveness to manage risk within the company’s appetite and tolerance.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, procedures and processes to minimize risks, improve efficiency or generate cost savings.
- Participate in initiatives to advance the Enterprise Risk Management function.
- Perform special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.
- One year of experience in ERM, Audit, Technology, Information Security, Finance, Accounting or relevant field and/or a relevant internship.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with common software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and advanced analytical proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to distill complex data into accurate, succinct reports and summaries.
- High ethical standards and discretion with confidential information.
- An inquisitive mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Desire to obtain professional certification such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or similar.
- Technical and data management skills for handling large, complex data sets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Relevant professional certification(s).
- Experience designing, implementing and working with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.
