The Technical/Financial Reporting Manager

The Technical/Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the preparation and analytical review of external financial reporting, including SEC filings (Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K). This candidate will also ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations through ongoing technical accounting research, preparation of accounting memorandums, and coordination of financial statement disclosures. This candidate must have consolidations experience.

Candidate must reside in the Tampa area as this is a hybrid role requiring in‑office time.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. 15% annual bonus and nearly 10% 401(k) match.

• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience
• CPA required
• Strong supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC accounting, reporting and disclosure requirements
• Demonstrated ability to proficiently comprehend, document and become skilled in complex concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Self‑motivated and detail oriented with advanced analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to professionally engage with senior leadership and internal/external constituents on a frequent basis
