Home Loan Specialist II

Responsibilities- Perform complex data and document validation
- Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions
- Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
- Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
