Support Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to support a tenured financial advisor and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Serve as the primary client liaison via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client financial data in planning platforms.
• Prepare and process investment paperwork (new applications, beneficiary changes, account linking).
• Support a tenured advisor with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Generate investment and business reports from internal systems and third‑party partners (e.g., Asset Mark, Allianz, Lincoln).
• Create cash flow spreadsheets and run reports using NetX
  360, Wove, and other tools.
• Track tasks and goals using Microsoft’s Suite of office products.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required); familiarity with NetX
  360 a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a commitment to client confidentiality.

• 3–5 years of professional office experience (financial services experience preferred).
• College degree preferred; significant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Licensing:
  • Florida 2‑15 Insurance & Variable Annuity license (must obtain within 90 days; company‑paid).
  • Series 6 or 7 and Series 65 or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year).
