We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a small, high-impact finance team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and plays a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial projections
. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working independently, and partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both accurate accounting execution and forward‑looking financial analysis
.

• Manage and support core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
• Build and maintain financial models
  , forecasts, and long-term budget projections
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including short‑ and long‑term cash planning
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
• Work within a large ERP system to extract, analyze, and review financial data
• Improve processes, controls, and reporting as the organization grows
• Partner cross‑functionally to support business and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of Finance and Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and processes (AP, AR, GL)
• Ability to create financial models, projections, and long‑term budget analysis
• Experience working with a large ERP system
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills
