Workday Finance – Data Migration Lead

Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Data Migration Lead to support the implementation of Workday Financials within a leading insurance organization. This role focuses on migrating complex financial data from People Soft to Workday, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with insurance‑specific financial operations.

• Lead end‑to‑end data migration efforts for Workday Financials implementation.
• Analyze People Soft data and map it to Workday’s Financial Data Model (FDM).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, Data Providers) for accurate data mapping.
• Design and develop data extraction and transformation processes on Azure, ensuring resilience and auditability.

• Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)

• 10 years of experience with financial ERP products (Workday, People Soft, SAP S/4 HANA).
• 5 years of Workday Finance experience, specifically in data migration from People Soft to Workday Finance.
• Strong expertise with Workday tools (EIBs, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect).
• Deep understanding of Workday Finance functional modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data transformation tools on Azure.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 – $130,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Paid time off based on employee grade (A‑F), defined by policy:
  Vacation 12‑25 days, depending on grade, company‑paid holidays, personal days, sick leave.
