Tax Manager

Overview

As a Tax Manager at RGCO, you value collaborating with others to plan for the future and help privately held for-profit companies and their owners avoid surprises, coordinate tax strategies, and grow. You will provide on-site support to teammates and clients and communicate regularly to understand their businesses and industries. • Manage tax advisory services and tax compliance for pass-through entities across a broad range of industries including Construction, Manufacturing, Retail and Professional Services.
• Research tax matters and provide written correspondence with understanding of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
• Develop, build and manage client relationships including Billing and Collections independently.
• Represent RGCO in the professional and business community with a strong positive attitude.
• Mentor and train professional tax staff; manage multiple client engagements.
• Participate in committees for client or staff development and operations to advocate for the firm.
• Demonstrate excellent supervisory, team-building and time-management skills.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting including technical tax consulting and research
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA license required

• Master's degree in taxation or LL.M.
• Experience with CCH Pro Systems Tax, Engagement, and Document

$105,000-$140,000
