Top Edge is looking for full-time/part-time Crew Members to start on 12/26 for all shifts, including weekends. No experience required.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly manner, creating a pleasant atmosphere
Manage payment transactions
Engage customers and sell Top Edge monthly memberships
Follow car wash policies and procedures
Ensure cleanliness of workstations, i.e. vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, trash cans emptied, and product is stocked
Be proficient in membership deals and promos
Safely guide customers onto wash conveyor
Ensure tunnel cleanliness
Qualities:
Must be 18 years or older
Self-motivated
Proactive team player
Organization skills
Must have reliable transportation
Bilingual / English and Spanish a plus
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight
