- Marketing Event Representatives are Guest Service Ambassadors for the property and are directly involved in fulfilling marketing initiatives from Guest enrollment to event execution.
- Serve as a Guest Service Ambassador during promotional events, greeting and providing personalized service for VIP Guests.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions with VIP Guests.
- Assist in the execution of marketing events such as concerts, gift giveaways, specialty events & shows, drawings, off-site activations and tournaments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Six (6) months of customer service experience, ideally in casino or hospitality.
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays depending on the schedule.
- Ability to work at least 3-5 events and/or 15 hours per month as a Marketing Event Representative.
- Strong commitment to delivering superior Guest Service.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, caring, and compassionate demeanor.

- Must comply with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods; may require lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Casino floor environment with fast-paced, guest-facing interactions and exposure to noise and smoke as applicable.

Employment ProcessSeminole Gaming’s employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations prior to employment. Background checks may include credit check, criminal background check, and drug screen.
