Audio Visual Engineer​/Estimator

• Design, prepare, and coordinate the preparation of full estimates on large and complex AV projects, delivering complete conceptual and total bid prices.
• Coordinate with clients to gather and interpret project documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop accurate cost estimates and project plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of estimate components and change orders.

• Experience as an Audio‑Visual Engineer or Estimator in a professional setting.
• CTS certification; CTS‑D preferred.
• Proficiency with Crestron, Extron, and AMX systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must climb ladders, work at heights, and enter confined spaces such as under raised floors and server racks.
• Should be able to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Must lift and move equipment up to 50 lb.
• Work may be performed in noisy environments and varying temperatures.

• Continuously obtain and maintain required certifications or licenses throughout the project or contract.
• Display professional behavior that promotes teamwork and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including government, military, and contractor personnel.
• Adhere to OSHA standards in both office and field environments.
• Maintain a clean driving record if operating company vehicles; a valid driver’s license is required.
