We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead Automation & Performance Engineer to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a Level 4 role requiring deep expertise in test automation, performance engineering, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will lead automation strategy, design scalable test frameworks, and drive performance validation across enterprise-level applications in a fast-paced financial services environment.

• Lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks using Cypress, Selenium, and Smart Spec
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for web applications and APIs
• Drive performance testing initiatives including strategy, execution, and analysis
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Identify bottlenecks and performance issues across systems and applications
• Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers
• Establish best practices for test automation and performance engineering
• Generate detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders

• 12+ years of experience in Automation and Performance Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Cypress
  • Selenium
  • Smart Spec
  • Test Automation Framework Design
  • Performance Testing tools and methodologies
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in enterprise-level environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in financial services or banking environments
• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems
• Experience mentoring or leading automation teams
