Candidate must have strong Filler experience/Filling Line Experience
The Process Engineer will assist in project lifecycle for new filling equipment at the Tampa manufacturing facility.
Specific tasks are to include new manufacturing processing technology, support for increasing product quality and process productivity enhancements. Knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical industry is a plus, strong technical writing skills.
Responsibilities- Assist in design, installation, and validation of filling equipment in cleanroom classified areas.
- Commissioning and qualification life cycles of filling and other associated equipment of the filling process.
- Supports capital project execution by performing activities related to equipment life cycle including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Testing, commissioning, installation, and operational qualification.
- Participate in cross functional teams for project progression and technical interface with project related vendors to meet project specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in a regulated industry (pharma), with process equipment and filling lines involvement.
- Engineering Design and Technical Writing skills are critical.
- Good written communication skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Tube Filler experience (preferred).
- Bottle Filler experience (preferred).
- cGMP Documentation Practices and Documentation generation experience.
- Cleanroom classification experience.
