Job Title: Controls Engineer - Yaskawa Motion (IEC 61131)

Seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with strong expertise in Yaskawa motion control platforms and programming in IEC 61131 environments
. This role will focus on system design, PLC and motion programming, integration, testing, and support of industrial automation projects.

• Design, program, and troubleshoot control systems using Yaskawa motion controllers.
• Develop PLC and motion logic using IEC 61131 languages such as Structured Text, Ladder, and Function Block.
• Integrate HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, and related automation hardware.
• Support system commissioning, startup, and validation activities.
• Work cross functionally with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams.
• Modify and optimize existing programs to improve performance and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support customer deliverables.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance during installation and post deployment.

• Experience with Yaskawa motion control systems.
• Strong PLC programming background within IEC 61131 frameworks.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Experience with industrial automation, servo systems, and VFDs.
• Solid problem solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced project environment.

• Prior experience in machine automation or manufacturing environments.
• Commissioning and field startup exposure.
• Familiarity with industrial communication networks.
