VHB is looking for a Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team in Tampa, FL. This role offers an opportunity to drive innovative, sustainable projects across Florida.

As a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with transportation planners, environmental scientists, engineers, and other experts to deliver transformative projects throughout Tampa and beyond.

• Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for large-scale institutional, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Lead and mentor a civil engineering team, providing technical and career guidance.
• Support land development design and permitting documents and manage project scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare and review drawings and specifications, attend client and regulatory meetings, and supervise construction administration.
• Manage junior staff and small to large tasks while driving business development initiatives, client relationships, and market presence in Florida.

• Proficient in MS Office, ICPR, Water
  
  CAD, Storm
  
  CAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong site layout, grading, utility, erosion/sediment control, and stormwater management skills.
• Knowledge of land development construction codes and regulations.
• Excellent design, communication, leadership, and business development abilities.

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional site/civil engineering experience, including consulting or private sector.
• PE licensure required.
• Florida market experience, particularly greater Tampa area, required.
