Parking Market Leader – WGI

Join us as a Parking Market Leader in the Southwest region of our Parking + Restoration Group, working out of our Tampa, FL office. This role leads operations, secures new work, recruits and develops team members, and ensures financial and growth targets are met while coordinating with the Architecture Director to align resources with the corporate vision.

• Maintain proactive relationships with past, present, and future clients
• Prepare proposals, including teaming arrangements, scope of services, and project fees
• Participate in interviews and presentations
• Direct negotiations with clients
• Review and sign agreements
• Help create sales plans and strategies

• Confirm client expectations are satisfied and commitments met
• Participate in planning and review sessions
• Oversee parking consulting and functional design
• Oversee production of reports, cost estimates, specifications, and drawings
• Monitor quality review process
• Review and monitor project budgets and schedules
• Manage revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable communications

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or Planning (Master of Science preferred)
• License:
  Licensed professional in Engineering, Architecture, or Planning
• Experience:
  
  Effective manager and leader with working knowledge of parking structure design, functional planning, studies, operations, and restoration
