Key Responsibilities
:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Design and develop site plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Perform foundation design for various structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within‑budget delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
• 5‑10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design and foundation design.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team environment.
