supervises employees spending most of their time communicating with motivating, training, and evaluating employees, and planning and directing employees’ work. Supervises employees who comprise the project development section of the environmental management office. Supervision of these employees includes leave approval, timesheet approval, assignment of tasks, employee performance appraisals, training assignments, training request approvals, employee task monitoring, counseling of subordinate employees, disciplinary actions, and other supervisory related duties and responsibilities.
