Revit Structural Designer - Tampa

With more than 110 employees in five offices, we collaborate with architects, building owners, and builders on projects across 20 sectors, from sports stadiums to healthcare facilities.

• Rapidly develop structural building information models (BIMs), annotate plans and details, create 3D renderings, rationalize geometry for structural schemes, and assist with structural narratives.
• Collaborate with the BNI project manager and work under the direction of the BIM / Revit Director.

• Two years’ experience with Revit Structure.
• Experience creating structural drawings preferred.
• Ability to work under the direction of engineers and Revit Manager.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, proactive, and team‑oriented.
• 40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
