Director of Engineering

Overview

A fast-growing logistics/consumer services company is hiring a senior engineering leader to own its core platform, build an internal engineering function, and lead a major upcoming integration with BILT Rewards.

• Lead the transition off a third-party dev shop and take full ownership of the platform.
• Architect and build an internal ERP/platform powering logistics, customer acquisition, and operations.
• Own and lead the BILT Rewards partnership integration.
• Evaluate and resource the website and mobile app (in-house vs. agency).
• Lay the foundation for a scalable, internal engineering team.

• 10+ years engineering experience; strong platform and systems architecture skills.
• Experience building systems from 0→1 in early-stage environments.
• Strong API and third-party integration expertise.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or ERP systems.
• Can operate as a hands-on Staff/Principal IC or a highly technical Director/VP able to build small teams.
