This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Tampa, FL, for a Senior Controls Engineer. The Senior Controls Engineer will design, develop, and implement control systems, including PLCs, HMI, SCADA, motion control, and robotics. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system performance, programming and system integration, testing and commissioning of automated systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

• Expertise in Process Control and Motion Control systems
• Strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Troubleshooting of automated systems
• Experience in Robotics, including programming and integration
• Proficiency in leading control platforms, particularly Siemens, Modicon, Mitsubishi, and OMRON systems
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• Ability to work on‑site and travel when required for commissioning and system support
