Civil Engineer

Overview

We are actively seeking Civil Engineers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of land development, infrastructure, and municipal projects alongside a supportive, collaborative group of professionals.

• Entry‑Level (0–2 years of experience)
• Mid‑Level (2–4 years of experience)
• Experienced (4–10 years of experience)

Successful candidates will assist with or lead the preparation of engineering designs, reports, and construction plans for site development, roadway, and utility projects. These roles offer the chance to work closely with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies, while contributing to meaningful community projects.

• Develop engineering designs and construction documents
• Perform site grading, drainage, and permitting tasks
• Conduct field visits and site inspections as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• PE license preferred for experienced candidates
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
