• Sign, seal, and review engineering drawings to meet industry standards.
• Coordinate and execute engineering work in alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Lead the engineering team to meet company objectives, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Maintain strong client relationships and implement strategies to exceed sales goals.
• Review and revise team roles and project strategies to optimize operations.
• Provide daily insights and suggestions for continuous improvement and integration of new technology.
• Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to develop solutions, perform calculations, and prepare detailed scopes of work for equipment upgrades.

• Educational background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (10‑20 years of industry experience is preferred).
• Leadership experience:
  Minimum of 10 years leading engineering teams in the commercial market with a record of sales growth and client retention.
• Industry expertise:
  Extensive HVAC project experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, Professional Engineer (PE) license and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit considered strong advantages.
• Skills and abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and written/​oral communication.
  • Self‑starter who motivates and leads teams toward shared goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in cost analysis, financial forecasting, and aligning projects with company objectives.
