Join our Tampa team as an Engineering Systems Manager and take the lead in driving equipment reliability and compliance at a GMP-regulated OSD manufacturing site.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to ensure operational excellence and support innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Lead engineering support programs including CMMS, calibration, OT systems, and MRO inventory management.
• Ensure equipment reliability, data integrity, and audit readiness.
• Oversee calibration programs and analytical equipment lifecycle activities.
• Manage OT systems and ensure cybersecurity, backups, and compliance.
• Drive storeroom optimization and critical spare parts management.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA execution.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal audits.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Expertise in calibration, metrology, and CMMS systems (Blue Mountain, Maximo, SAP).
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, BAS, EMS, and cybersecurity controls.
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, chemical engineering or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of experience required preferably in pharma or GMP manufacturing with supervisory experience.
