As a Mechanical Project Engineer in our Tampa office, you will help empower clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future.

• Lead the discipline team in engineering design processes for assigned projects within the mechanical discipline.
• Develop innovative and unique engineering solutions aligned with project, client, and project partner needs.

• BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
• 10+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems for research, healthcare, or higher education facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Quick technical comprehension with a focus on client outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
