Hydrogeologist

Hydrogeologist – West Palm Beach, FL

Stantec invites applications for a Hydrogeologist to support expanding water resources projects in Florida and the Gulf Region. The role is based in Stantec’s West Palm Beach office and reports to the Hydrogeologist Team Leader.

• Follow safe work practices and adhere to company and client guidelines.
• Develop groundwater monitoring and production well designs.
• Plan and oversee field investigations for hydrogeology studies, including drilling, well construction, testing, sampling, and monitoring.
• Prepare technical reports documenting field investigations and analytical results.
• Deliver presentations of hydrogeologic investigations to internal and external clients.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to improving interpretations and client deliverables.
• Assist project managers with budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Work independently and supervise field crews at remote sites.
• Maintain a good driving record and valid Driver's License.

• B.S. in Hydrogeology, Geology, Geochemistry or related field (M.S. preferred).
• Experience in geology, hydrogeology, well design, construction, and aquifer testing.
• Minimum of 5 years consulting or similar field experience.
• Professional registration in Florida or ability to work toward it (PG).

Travel primarily within central Florida, with occasional travel to Gulf Region sites. Full‑time position.
