Conduct
hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
for stormwater, riverine, and floodplain systems
Perform
flood risk assessments
,
drainage studies
, and
mitigation planning
Design and evaluate
stormwater systems
,
culverts
, and
detention basins
Lead FEMA (C)
LOMR/MT-2
regulatory submissions
and documentation
Collaborate across disciplines, with
clients and agencies
, ensuring regulatory compliance
Support permitting efforts for water resource and floodplain projects
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and review modeling results
RequirementsMust-Have
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Water Resources Engineering
, or related field
- MT-2 filing experience
5+ years
of hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) engineering experience
Proficiency in
HEC-RAS
,
HEC-HMS
,
ICPR
,
Civil 3D
,
GIS
Experience with
FEMA LOMR/MT-2floodplain mapping and stormwater management design
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Project management experience and a desire to
mentor junior engineers
PE license preferred
