This position will support a large highway construction project fully onsite Monday - at Tampa, FL field office.

• Assists the Project Manager in the preparation of the budget and forecast for the project in accordance with the agreed cost codes structures and with the support of the other departments in the project.
• Provides monthly cost reporting for the project.
• Supports the project manager in decision-making by providing analyses on the performance trends.
• Gathers daily production data from the job site.
• Prepares recurrent forecasts by revising the analyses of all project activities, considering both the achieved performance and the new economic targets, in accordance with the updated work schedule.
• Submits and coordinates special reports requested by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree
• Must have budgeting or forecasting experience
• Background experience in estimating/scheduling is a plus
• ERP experience preferred
• Construction experience required
• Proficient interpersonal and organization skills
• MS Office proficiency including advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication
