Since 1985, we have been assisting rural communities and water districts in meeting their public works needs. About The Role

We seek an experienced Civil Project Manager with a PE license to lead civil engineering projects in Water/Wastewater, Land Development, or Municipal Services sectors. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and client management skills, with at least 6 years of civil engineering experience and a successful project management record.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil projects from planning to construction oversight.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and agencies.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project scopes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers and construction personnel.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Support business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration.
• Manage project risks and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering;
  Master’s preferred.
• PE license required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with increasing responsibility.
• Project management experience in relevant sectors.
• Proficiency with design and management tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with permitting and public engagement.

Compensation

• Salary range of $75,000–$110,000, with benefits.
• Starting pay based on experience and qualifications.
