Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with expert teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and facilitate brief, focused reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in expanding that framework to campuses across the nation.
This is not about lesson-plan administration. It is about data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
- Creating personalized motivational sessions utilizing gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable trends
- Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute classes or adhering to traditional curricula—students engage with academic content through AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting to student behaviors within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
