We are seeking a Senior Digital Communications Coordinator to join our team. The Senior Digital Communications Coordinator will participate in the strategy and development of the strategic long‑term goals, policies and procedures for the firm's online content organization. The Senior Digital Communications Coordinator will also demonstrate expertise in a variety of technologies concepts, practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include- Primary management of the firm's website, Marketing SharePoint sites and E‑Communication servers.
- Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to the firm's clients.
- Conduct training and assist marketing users by providing support to the firm's E‑Communication production SharePoint site.
- Conduct quality control of database information and proactively seek ways to improve workflow and data quality.
- Coordinate with lawyers, marketing staff and other departments to share information between marketing databases and other firm systems, and provide tactical input with regard to best practices and strategies.
- Write, choreograph and post all messages and visual imagery on the firm’s social media platforms, keeping consistent with our brand strategy.
- Work with lawyers and other senior professionals to develop multi‑channel social media plans for speaking engagements, thought leadership and key firm communications.
- Prepare data and complex analysis for website, social media and alert readership analytics using multiple data sources.
- Collaborate between IT, outside marketing software vendors and subject experts to implement effective solutions, as well as oversee product upgrades to existing marketing technologies.
- Review and beta test new technologies and processes.
- Manage and track firm's E‑Communication process workflow from design to delivery using the firm’s eMerge/Tikit software system.
- Maintain written documentation and training materials for marketing technology products and services.
- Communicate and enforce coding standards.
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work under time pressure.
- Understand complex database design and administration and data manipulation techniques.
- Possess significant knowledge of client/server and Internet systems architectures.
- Understand browser/client specific compatibility issues.
- Experience with HTML/XML/RSS/Java Script/CSS.
- Experience with Lexis‑Nexis Inter Action, One North CMS software and Tikit eMarketing Suite preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics and social media.
- Knowledge and experience with podcasting/blogging and editing audio/video preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Bachelor's Degree
This position may be filled in Colorado, District of Columbia, or Washington. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay ranges for this position are listed below. These ranges may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, Holland & Knight provides bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
- Colorado – $84,000/yr - $126,000/yr
- District of Columbia – $92,000/yr - $138,000/yr
- Washington – $84,000/yr - $126,000/yr
