Guide learning and foster curiosity through AI-powered adaptive learning platforms, focusing on helping students uncover their capabilities rather than delivering predetermined lesson plans. Build meaningful relationships with students and facilitate workshops that promote long-term achievement.
- Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and nurturing a mindset of unlimited potential
- Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, teamwork) that equip students for long-term achievement
- Cultivating an environment rooted in curiosity, aspiration, and continuous development
- Supporting students in recognizing their unique talents and passions
Early Childhood Educator key responsibilities
- Prepared to work on-site at one of our locations:
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
- Excellent public speaking capabilities, with proven success engaging and energizing young learners
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
- Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Available to participate in a compensated training program at our Austin, TX location

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
