Responsible for creating and teaching a fun summer camp experience for children K–4 th grade.

• Maintains camper safety
• Responsible for developing fun activities that correspond to the camp theme
• Mentoring counselors and teen volunteers
• Handles group and individual camper behavior
• Responsible for maintaining a proper classroom environment
• Assists with light office work and other duties as assigned

• Degree or working towards a degree in biology, environmental science, marine science, outdoor education or elementary education
• Formal or informal teaching experience (1 year of experience)
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
• Customer service skills preferred
