Graduate Academic Advisor- Tampa Campus

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Academic Advisor at National Louis University’s Tampa Campus in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Graduate Academic Advisor will provide academic and career counseling, guide graduate students in course selection, and offer support to help them achieve their academic and career goals. The role includes actively engaging with students, maintaining clear and professional communication, and ensuring students navigate their graduate programs effectively.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, required.
• At least one year of experience in academic advising, counseling or other student support role, ideally in a higher education setting
• Familiarity and experience working with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff
• Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively in a student-focused environment
