Are you an experienced professional with a passion for developing and leading educational programs and initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary team member to join our organization. As Learning Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our programs and driving program success, contributing to our mission to improve the quality of care provided to patients.
Responsibilities& Duties
- Responsible for the education programs and curricula for the organization; working with staff, committees, planners, speakers, and other stakeholders to develop CME/CE (enduring, live, webinars)
- Responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) along with the staff team. Must have technical skills to create courses and events in the LMS and Zoom videos with authors for online courses, etc. and strong communication skills to coordinate with technical support from vendors.
- Monitor and assess learner progress and effectiveness of programs
- Maintain our Joint Accreditation (JA) with Commendation accreditation (with the team) including PARS reporting. The next JA renewal is 11/2030.
- Develop relationships with other organizations to jointly provide CME/CE
- Collaborate with members and other stakeholders to increase educational offerings for our membership and other learners
- Provide leadership and support to the staff team
- Responsible for editing educational content and communications
This position is primarily virtual (no relocation required). Limited travel, currently once per year to our Annual Conference. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Employer pays 100% of group health, life, vision and dental. Generous leave time and eleven paid holidays. 15% of W2 earnings contributed annually to employee Profit Sharing/401k accounts (subject to eligibility/plan rules).
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Prefer Certified Healthcare CPD Professional (CHCP)
- Must have experience in educational leadership roles
- Strong understanding of current technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong grammar and editorial experience
